Role Details Role: Property Manager Location: Eastbourne Portfolio: Approximately 300 units generally local to the office Salary: £35,000-£38,000 (DOE) Role Overview Durrant Talent Solutions is proud to be partnering with a fast-growing independent residential managing agent in the search for a Property Manager to join their Eastbourne office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager or even an experienced Assistant Property Manager to take ownership of a residential portfolio, delivering exceptional property management services while building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, clients and contractors. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring developments are managed to the highest professional standards, maintaining compliance, overseeing maintenance and service delivery, and providing an outstanding customer experience across their portfolio. Role Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of residential leasehold developments. Build and maintain strong relationships with leaseholders, Resident Management Companies (RMCs), Right to Manage Companies (RTMs) and freeholder clients. Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets in conjunction with internal teams. Monitor expenditure and ensure developments are managed within approved budgets.
