This role is focused on day-to-day estate management and wider asset work, making sure occupations are properly documented, rents and service charges are managed, and the council''s property interests are protected. You will also support portfolio performance, maintenance planning, and provide clear advice to colleagues and stakeholders on a range of property matters.
