Property Manager - Residential Lettings Location: Chelmsford / HybridSalary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annumFull-time Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join the residential lettings team of a highly successful and established estate agency. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager, Lettings Manager or Residential Lettings professional looking to join a supportive and well-established business offering comprehensive training, professional development and genuine long-term career opportunities. Following successful completion of the initial probationary period, the role offers predominantly home-based working, with just 4 days per month required at the company''s Head Office on the outskirts of Chelmsford or at a local branch. The Role As Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing maintenance, property compliance and day-to-day issues across a portfolio of residential properties on behalf of landlords. You will act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring maintenance issues are dealt with efficiently while keeping all parties informed throughout the process. The role will suit a highly organised property professional who enjoys problem-solving, has excellent communication skills and can manage a busy workload while maintaining a high level of customer service.
