This is a varied opportunity combining day-to-day property management with direct client, leaseholder and contractor relationships. The Property Manager will take ownership of their portfolio while ensuring properties are managed in line with relevant legislation, regulation and industry best practice. The role reports to a Regional Head and may also provide the opportunity to support the development of an Assistant Property Manager. As Property Manager, you will act as a key point of contact for clients, freeholders and leaseholders across your portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day operation of residential and mixed-use properties within your portfolio. Carrying out property inspections, producing reports and coordinating planned and reactive maintenance.
