This opportunity offers exposure to a diverse portfolio, mainly focussing on residential property, but also with mixed use properties. The portfolio includes assets subject to insolvency proceedings, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to manage properties through complex stages of their lifecycle. You will work alongside an established Recovery & Valuation team, insolvency practitioners and internal receivers, with direct exposure to Partners and other property specialists. The role and responsibilities Reporting to the Partners, the Property Manager will take responsibility for a portfolio of distressed properties, helping to secure, manage and maximise their value throughout insolvency proceedings.
