Managing a substantial residential portfolio across Glasgow City Centre and the West End, they have built a strong reputation for providing a professional and personal service to landlords and tenants. They are looking to recruit an experienced Property Manager to join their close knit team and take ownership of their own portfolio. Role Overview: This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking to take the next step in their career within an established independent business. You''ll manage your own portfolio within a wider portfolio ofjust under 200 properties, predominantly residential with some commercial exposure. You''ll oversee the tenancy lifecycle and act as a key point of contact for landlords and tenants, with responsibility for tenancy administration, maintenance, compliance, rent accounts and property visits, deposit disputes. Working within a small team you''ll have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, build strong client relationships and contribute to the wider business.
