Property Manager

- Multi-site Commercial Property / Food and Hospitality / London and Cambridge - A growing Japanese restaurant chain is currently recruiting an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of its growing multi-site property portfolio across London, Cambridge and future locations. The role covers commercial property and lease management, landlord relationships, facilities and maintenance, statutory compliance, contractors, budgets and CAPEX, refurbishments, fit-outs, new openings and property projects. This is a senior, hands-on property role reporting directly to senior management. The successful candidate will work closely with Operations, Finance and other internal stakeholders to manage and develop the company''s property portfolio. Main Responsibilities Manage the multi-site commercial property portfolio and maintain accurate property and critical-date records Monitor lease expiries, break options, rent reviews, service charges, licences and other property obligations Act as the main operational contact for landlords, managing agents and external professional advisers Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, site inspections, contractors and specialist suppliers Manage statutory property compliance, inspections, certification and remedial works Manage property budgets, expenditure, utilities, business rates, insurance matters and annual CAPEX planning Lead refurbishments, fit-outs, alterations and ..... full job details .....
