The role This role sits at the centre of the managed lettings book, supporting landlords and tenants through the everyday reality of renting a property. You''ll coordinate maintenance, compliance and inspections across a portfolio of 400+ homes, working closely with contractors, inventory clerks and the wider team. This role will have a particular emphasis on handling maintenance issues You''ll Manage tenancy support and property maintenance in line with signed Terms of Business Coordinate contractors and outsourced trades to keep repairs on time and to standard Ensure every property holds current EPC, gas safety and electrical safety certificates Arrange inventories, check-ins and check-outs with the inventory clerk and tenants Carry out routine property visits and report findings back to landlords Negotiate and mediate deposit releases between landlords and tenants What you''ll bring - essential Previous experience in ..... full job details .....
