Property Manager Darlington, Hartlepool and Teesside 24 hours per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday £14 to £15 per hour PAYE plus bonuses Permanent, part-time, growing to full time as the portfolio grows Capital One Property Management Ltd is looking for a hands-on Property Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of our growing residential portfolio across Darlington, Hartlepool and Teesside. This is not a narrow admin role. You will be the person keeping properties let, tenants supported, maintenance moving, compliance on track and issues followed through to completion. The role is built around ownership, autonomy and progression. You will work directly with the directors, take responsibility for a manageable portfolio and have established systems, contractors and processes behind you. As the portfolio grows and you perform, hours, earnings and responsibility increase, with the aim of a full-time role and, longer term, helping us build and manage the wider property management team. What you will be responsible for Tenants: day-to-day tenant and applicant communication, access, rent queries, house rules, first-stage complaints and move-in and move-out communication. Re-lets: listings, enquiries, applicant pre-screening, viewings, documentation and move-ins, keeping voids as short as possible. Maintenance: triage repairs, coordinate approved contractors, arrange access, attend trade meetings, check completed work and keep tenants updated until jobs are closed. ..... full job details .....
