Property Manager, Location: Hertfordshire Salary: £43,000 to £47,800, dependent on experience Contract: Permanent, Full Time Braxfield Recruitment is delighted to be working exclusively with a leading housing provider to recruit a Property Manager to lead the operational delivery of housing management, repairs, compliance and asset management services across their housing schemes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property management professional to lead front-line teams, drive high standards of compliance and service delivery, and make a genuine difference to residents'' homes. The Role As Property Manager, you''ll be responsible for the effective operational delivery of housing management services, reactive repairs, property compliance and asset management across the organisation''s housing schemes, including both delegated and managed services. You''ll lead teams delivering front-line housing services and statutory compliance, ensuring properties are safe, well-maintained and managed in line with regulatory requirements, with a strong focus on accurate CRM record-keeping and regular site visits and surveys.
