We re looking for someone with around 2 years private sector residential AST property management experience, ideally gained in a small team where you have been involved in all aspects of managing a portfolio. Our client mostly manages properties on behalf of institutional and charitable freeholders, so the role offers a good degree of autonomy. You ll need to be confident using your own judgement, taking responsibility and dealing with issues without needing to refer everything upwards.
