This position offers the opportunity to manage a defined portfolio while taking a senior role in client relationships, estate strategy and the development of the wider property management service. The role/responsibilities As Property Manager, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of 97 residential properties and act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants and contractors. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the residential portfolio while maintaining service and compliance standards. Building relationships with clients, tenants and contractors.
