Our client was formed in 2006, they are a UK residential property developer, with headquarters in Oxford with offices abroad. They are looking to recruit a professional and driven Property Portfolio Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our UK property portfolio based in Ashford. Operating under a sub-agent model, they act as the main agent for lettings and property management, working closely with a network of local partner agents. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient portfolio performance, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and delivering a high level of service to both, clients and tenants. This is a varied and fast-paced role that involves regular communication with partner agents, contractors, clients/investors, and internal departments Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Managing selected property portfolios to ensure positive cash flow, operational efficiency, and strong returns. Acting as the main point of contact for lettings and property management issues Liaising closely with local partner agents. Coordinating property marketing and letting processes Managing tenancy lifecycles, including check-ins, check-outs, renewals, re-lets, and rent reviews.
