A Property Management Team Leader is required to join a busy residential lettings team in Leatherhead, supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio while helping to maintain high standards of service and compliance. Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, maintenance and tenancy procedures is essential, together with the confidence to provide guidance and support to colleagues. An ARLA qualification would be helpful.
