Property Management Surveyor

We are working on behalf of a highly regarded, national commercial property and asset management business to appoint a Property Management Surveyor into a growing surveying team. This is an opportunity to join a progressive organisation that manages a significant UK and international commercial portfolio on behalf of institutional investors, funds and property owners. The business is well known for taking a modern, values-led approach to property management, placing equal emphasis on commercial performance, occupier experience and responsible asset stewardship. Rather than a traditional, tick-box property management role, this position offers real scope to add value, influence outcomes and work collaboratively across surveying, building consultancy and customer experience teams. You will take responsibility for a defined portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing the day-to-day management and acting as the key point of contact for clients, occupiers and service partners. The role has broad exposure, covering service delivery, compliance, financial management, occupier engagement and team leadership.
