Key Responsibilities: Managing residential property portfolios. Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants. Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractors. Managing tenancy renewals, rent reviews and tenancy matters. Overseeing property compliance and inspections. Dealing with tenancy issues, queries and complaints. Supporting landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle. Working collaboratively with wider lettings and property teams.
