PSR are currently recruiting for a Property Maintenance Operative to work across housing sites in YorkshireSalary: 35,000Location: Yorkshire and Surrounding AreasFull-Time PermanentWe are currently looking for an experienced Property Maintenance Operative to join a busy and growing team covering Yorkshire and surrounding areas. This is a mobile role suited to someone practical, reliable, and confident carrying out a range of maintenance tasks across multiple properties.The RoleAs a Property Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for completing general repairs and maintenance work to ensure properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained. The role involves travelling between sites throughout Yorkshire, so flexibility and the ability to work independently are key.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general property repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and basic electrical workConduct routine inspections to identify maintenance requirementsRespond quickly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficientlyDiagnose faults and complete repairs to a high standardLiaise with contractors and suppliers when specialist work is requiredTravel between properties across Yorkshire and surrounding areasRequirementsPrevious experience in property maintenance, handyman work, or a similar roleStrong knowledge of general repairs including basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentryAbility to work independently and manage your own workloadGood communication and ..... full job details .....
