About the Role
Pertemps Manchester is recruiting a Property Maintenance professional for a temporary position in Trafford Park. This assignment runs from 28th July to 28th August 2026, with shifts from 10:00am to 6:00pm, Tuesday to Friday. The hourly rate is £16.16. You will undertake various upkeep duties, including small plumbing fixes, painting and decorating, basic joinery, and general building repairs. Other multi-skilled tasks will be assigned as needed. The role requires prior experience in a multi-trade or maintenance capacity, competence in the listed trades, and the ability to work independently to a high standard. Reliability is essential for this contract.
