This is a part-time position offering competitive pay and ongoing work.Property Maintenance - Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will carry out a wide range of general maintenance and repair duties, including:Inspecting rooms and communal areas and reporting maintenance issues that cannot be fixed by yourselfPreparing rooms and apartments for new tenantsGeneral handyman and reactive maintenance tasksRepairing toilet leaks, tap leaks, and minor plumbing issuesRepairing and replacing shower headsBasic joinery, including undercutting doors and assembling furnitureSilicone sealing in bathrooms and kitchensBasic Electrical Work - Changing sockets and switchesFault finding and carrying out basic repairsCompleting flush downsMoving furniture, including beds, mattresses, and other itemsAccurately reporting defects in a timely mannerSupporting the wider maintenance team as requiredProperty Maintenance - RequirementsProven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance OperativeExperience within property management, Build to Rent, student accommodation, or hospitality is desirableMulti-skilled with a practical, hands-on ..... full job details .....
