If you have maintenance experience and enjoy practical work in a fast-paced environment, we''d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out general maintenance and repair work across the siteAssist with room refreshes and preparation for new residentsSupport move-in activities, including occasional heavy liftingComplete basic plumbing, painting and decorating tasksUndertake paint work, mastic work and replacementsPerform routine safety checks and ensure compliance with health and safety standardsWork collaboratively with the Maintenance Technician team and wider site staffHelp deliver a positive experience for residents and guestsAbout YouPrevious experience in residential maintenance, facilities, property maintenance or a trade such as plumbing or carpentryPractical, hands-on approach with good attention to detailPositive attitude and ..... full job details .....
