Property Maintenance ManagerBurton upon Trent 200 - 230 per day (dependent on payment method)On-going ContractSellick Partnership Ltd are working in partnership with a well-established housing association to recruit an experienced Property Maintenance Manager on an on-going contract basis. This role sits within the Property Services team and will play a key role in delivering high-quality maintenance services across the housing portfolio.The RoleAs Property Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and well-maintained while delivering a customer-focused service to tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Operations: Develop and implement proactive (preventative) maintenance programmes and oversee reactive repairs.Team Leadership: Manage and support maintenance operatives and cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.Contractor Management: Appoint, manage, and negotiate with external contractors and suppliers to deliver specialist works.Budgeting and Reporting: Manage maintenance budgets, monitor expenditure, and maintain accurate records of all works undertaken.Compliance and Safety: Ensure all maintenance activities meet health and safety legislation and regulatory standards.Tenant and Stakeholder Engagement: Respond to tenant maintenance requests and provide clear reporting on property condition and performance.Essential QualificationsCIH Level ..... full job details .....
