The business manages 46 houses alongside two purpose-built accommodation blocks, providing around 400 beds in total. Reporting to the General Manager, you''ll manage a small in-house team of two full-time and one part-time Maintenance Engineers, coordinating their workload and making sure maintenance issues are dealt with properly and, importantly, followed through to completion. You''ll manage incoming reactive maintenance requests, decide priorities and allocate work across the team.
