Location: London Pay: Expected earnings of £1,000+ per week for reliable, productive engineers Job Type: Self-Employed Subcontractor APD Maintenance Ltd is a well-established property maintenance company specialising in reactive maintenance and repair services to residential properties across London. We work in partnership with several leading estate agencies in the region and are experiencing continued growth due to a strong and expanding order book. We are looking for experienced multi-skilled property maintenance engineers to join our growing network of self-employed subcontractors. We are not simply looking for good tradespeople. We are looking for engineers who can work independently, manage a busy workload, complete clear reports, communicate professionally and consistently deliver work to a high standard. This is a fast-paced role, with engineers regularly attending multiple properties and completing a variety of maintenance jobs each day. We are particularly interested in engineers who have previously worked in a similar environment, such as for a property maintenance or property services company.
