Property Maintenance EngineerMeridian are working with a leading MEP and Construction client who are growing their Aftercare team by bringing in an additional Property Maintenance Engineer to help maintain and care for completed projects in the Leeds and surrounding areas. Bank Holidays)Company uniform and specialist tools providedRequirements for this role:Recognised, industry-standard qualification (e.g Mechanical CSCS, JIB PMES, Electrical JIB card etc.)Mechanical bias required, with some exposure to Electrical building services tooPrevious FM/PPM experience, ideally on commercial projectsFull UK Driving Licence - there will be travel involved in this roleExperience with BMS controls and ideally basic MandE building services knowledgeDesirable MandE qualifications include BS7671 (18th Ed.), F-Gas, HVAC qualifications, commercial gas certifications, 2391 Inspection and TestingAbility to work in live environments, with customers of various ages and backgroundsDuties include ..... full job details .....
