Property Maintenance (Full-Time) Location: Glasgow Hours: Monday to Friday £20.00 per hour (CIS)We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Property Maintenance person to join our client, a leading provider of Build to Rent accommodation in Glasgow. This is a full-time role 40hrs per weekProperty Maintenance Key Responsibilities: Inspect and report on room conditions and maintenance issuesPrepare rooms for new tenant arrivalsMove and assemble furniture, including mattresses and other large itemsCarry out siliconing and sealant workRepair and replace shower heads and minor fixturesPerform general fault finding and basic repairsFlush down water systems and report any defectsAssist the wider maintenance team with tasks as required Property Maintenance Requirements: Previous maintenance or handyman experience, ideally within Build to Rent, student accommodation, property management, or hospitality sectorsMulti-skilled and capable of working independently across multiple sitesStrong communication and customer service skills able to engage professionally with residents, colleagues, and contractorsReliable, proactive, and available for an immediate start If you have a solid background in Property Maintenance or as a Handyman and are looking for a full-time opportunity with variety and responsibility, we want to hear from you.Please apply online for this Property Maintenance role.To view more jobs from Bamford Contract Services, Find us on Facebook bamfordcs or follow us on ..... full job details .....
