Property Loss AdjusterCovering London and the Home Counties (Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Essex, Hertfordshire and Kent)Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 DOE + Bonus As a result of continued development and growth, MPJ Recruitment are proud to be supporting a UK leading loss adjusting business who are currently looking to recruit a Property Loss Adjuster to join their team. This role will involve covering claims across London and surrouding area''s with the role being home based and with travel across London.You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate property claims and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout. Property Loss Adjuster duties:To demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service deliveryTo provide exceptional customer service at all timesTo participate positively and constructively as a team member, sharing knowledge and providing feedback and suggestionsTo communicate effectively and proactively with all relevant parties by the most effective and expeditious means, prioritising the use of telephone contact, ensuring that claims are proactively managedTo promote and support the TCF principlesTo ensure adherence to contractual/Client SLA''s and KPI''sTo be accountable for the satisfactory resolution of any issuesKey Skills:Excellent degree of knowledge of property related claims and ..... full job details .....
