Property Loss Adjuster - Domestic and Commercial Location: London and surrounding areas Overview: We are working with one of the UK''s leading loss adjusting firms, which is continuing to grow its Property team across the London. They are looking for experienced Property Loss Adjusters to manage a varied portfolio of domestic and commercial property claims, with a good level of autonomy, technical responsibility and client exposure. You will take ownership of your claims from initial instruction through to settlement. The role involves a broad range of property losses, including escape of water, fire, flood, storm, impact, theft, malicious damage, subsidence and other insured perils, with exposure to higher value and more technically complex losses depending on experience. You will attend site to investigate and validate losses, establish cause and extent of damage, consider policy coverage, assess quantum and work with contractors and other specialists where required. The business has a well-established Property operation and offers genuine scope for career development, whether that is progressing into Senior Loss Adjusting, Major and Complex Loss, Commercial Property, High Net Worth, Subsidence, technical specialist positions or management and leadership opportunities.
