Property Litigation Solicitor/CILEXLocations: Bath, Trowbridge, or Swindon

Our client are looking to recruit a detail-oriented lawyer to join their busy property litigation team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of matters and the chance to develop your expertise alongside experienced colleagues in a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will advise a varied client base including landlords, tenants, developers, managing agents and individuals on disputes such as:Residential leasehold issues, including breaches, enfranchisement and management disagreementsCommercial landlord and tenant matters: lease renewals, arrears, dilapidations, forfeitureBoundary, covenant, and rights of way disputesTrespass, nuisance, and adverse possession claimsCo-ownership and trusts of landResidential eviction proceedings and tenant breachesMisrepresentation disputes

Your caseload will be your own to manage with guidance and support as needed. You''ll also collaborate on complex cases and take an active role in business development.

What We''re Looking ForQualified Solicitor or CILEx with 1-5 years'' experience in property litigationSolid grasp of both residential and commercial landlord and tenant lawCommercially aware, with a clear, client-friendly approach to legal adviceOrganised, responsive and confident managing competing prioritiesWilling to contribute to a growing team and develop your professional profileExperience with commercial landlord/tenant work is helpful but not essential.
