You''ll be joining a high-performing Property Litigation team with a strong national presence and a diverse client base.Responsibilities
Advising on landlord and tenant disputes (residential and commercial), including rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, and service charge issuesActing for landowners in disputes under the Electronic Communications Code, including mast removal and telecoms litigationHandling possession actions, trespass and squatter claims, and purchaser disputesDrafting pleadings, correspondence, and trial bundlesManaging relationships with household-name clients, social housing providers, and property managersWorking closely with senior lawyers and partners to develop your expertiseCandidate Requirements
This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:At least 2 years PQE in property litigationExperience or interest in telecoms-related disputes and the Electronic Communications CodeStrong academic background and technical abilityExcellent organisation, initiative, and communication skillsA collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for business developmentA commitment to compliance with firm policies and information securityWorking Arrangements
