The ideal candidate will have 3+ years'' experience working within property litigation, although applications will also be considered from solicitors with less direct experience who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the area and the ability to quickly develop. You will handle a high volume of contentious property matters, with the team''s core workload centred around service charge and ground rent disputes, alongside wider landlord and tenant litigation. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be trusted with a substantial caseload and will need to be comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously. About the Team You will become part of a litigation team of approximately 20+ staff, led by a Legal Director. This is a genuinely high-volume litigation environment.
