Property Litigation Solicitor

An excellent opportunity is available for a Property Litigation Solicitor to join an established and highly experienced litigation team in Hertfordshire.The ideal candidate will have 3+ years'' experience working within property litigation, although applications will also be considered from solicitors with less direct experience who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the area and the ability to quickly develop.You will handle a high volume of contentious property matters, with the team''s core workload centred around service charge and ground rent disputes, alongside wider landlord and tenant litigation. This is a fast-paced environment where you will be trusted with a substantial caseload and will need to be comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously.About the TeamYou will become part of a litigation team of approximately 20+ staff, led by a Legal Director.This is a genuinely high-volume litigation environment. Solicitors can manage caseloads of 100+ matters, so this opportunity is best suited to someone who is comfortable working at pace, managing competing deadlines and dealing with a significant volume of cases.About YouThe successful candidate will ideally have:At least 1 year PQE, with 3+ years'' property litigation experience highly desirable.Strong experience across property litigation, ideally involving service charge, ground rent and landlord/tenant disputes.The ability to manage a substantial caseload effectively.Excellent organisational and ..... full job details .....
