This is a tremendous opportunity for a property litigation solicitor (ideally 3 - 5 PQE) to join one of the regions leading commercial firms that has a national presence. You will be working as part of a close knit team that shares work from across the UK but there will be an emphasis on high quality and complex work with a national client base and dealing with complex property litigation transactions. There is a clear team structure in place and you will be be working in a team of Associates, Senior Associates and Partners with the chance to progress your career. This position is to deal with a broad mix of landlord and tenant disputes, boundary disputes, lease renewals, and property damage claims The client base is second to none and you will be dealing with a stellar client base from across the UK. You will also be working closely with some L500 listed Partners and be offered exceptional training, whilst gaining exposure to highly complex work.
