The firm is highly rated on Glassdoor, with a strong emphasis on work/life balance.Responsibilities Manage a caseload of property-related disputes from instruction through to resolution Handle a wide range of matters including boundary disputes, TOLATA claims, commercial and residential landlord and tenant issues, and easement disputes Represent clients in County Court, High Court, and Tribunal proceedings Provide clear advice on legal prospects, strategy, and settlement negotiations Build and maintain strong client relationships, including with individuals, landlords, and SMEs Collaborate across departments and contribute to the wider goals of the team Support marketing and ..... full job details .....
