If you have 2-4 years PQE in property litigation and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role offers the opportunity to handle a diverse caseload of residential property disputes within our Dispute Resolution Team. Day-to-day of the role:  Manage contentious residential property matters from initial instruction through to resolution. Handle landlord and tenant disputes, including leasehold disputes, service charge disagreements, and tenancy issues. Conduct possession and eviction proceedings under the Housing Act 1988, including drafting notices and representing clients in court. Resolve breach of lease and contract disputes involving unpaid rent or unauthorised alterations. Advise on boundary and adverse possession disputes, including land ownership issues and right-of-way conflicts.
