You will be responsible for managing your own caseload with minimal supervision and assisting senior lawyers on complex, high-value property litigation matters. Representing both individuals and businesses across a range of contentious property matters. You will have a varied caseload including commercial lease renewals, residential landlord and tenant disputes including possession claims and enforcement, Section 214 Housing Act 2004 claims, disrepair disputes, HMO tenancy issues and boundary disputes.Skills Required

Applications are sought from Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 months experience within property litigation law.Solid working knowledge of relevant legislation and court procedure.Confident with pre-action, court claims, interim applications, and advocacy.Strong client care focus, communication skills, and commercial awareness.Proactive, organised, and a great team player.On Offer
