The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes and boundary issues, development work and building safety act matters.Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies related to property conflicts.Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.Working closely with client across a range of sectorsWork closely with the Partners on higher value disputesProfile
The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be;A Property disputes Solicitor around 1-3 years PQEStrong knowledge of property law and dispute resolution methods.Ties to LeedsStrong academicsJob Offer
