Offering genuine autonomy, high-quality work and scope for career development, this role is ideal for a solicitor looking to take the next step in their career - JOB REF: THE ROLE:You will handle a diverse range of contentious property matters, advising clients across both commercial and residential sectors. Your caseload will include disputes relating to land and property, landlord and tenant matters and commercial property issues. You will manage matters from pre-action through to trial, providing strategic and commercially focused advice, preparing cases for hearings, and representing clients where required. Working closely with colleagues across the firm, you will play an important role in delivering a high-quality service and achieving the best possible outcomes for clients. THE CANDIDATE:Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors with 6+ years'' PQE and a strong track record in contentious property work.
