A senior Property Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of ten years' post-qualification experience is sought by an established, award-winning firm in Oxford. This full-time role offers a market-rate salary, with hybrid working and clear progression available. The successful candidate will handle an independent caseload, advising varied clients on complex disputes. Matters encompass adverse possession, boundaries, rights of way, trespass, and title issues, alongside landlord and tenant work such as break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, lease renewals, terminations, and rent reviews. OVERVIEW:
The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload, advising a diverse client base across a broad range of complex Property Litigation matters. Your work will include disputes relating to adverse possession, boundaries, rights of way, trespass and title, together with landlord and tenant matters including break clauses, dilapidations, forfeiture, repossession, lease renewals and terminations, rent reviews, service charge disputes and tenant default.
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with a minimum of 10 years' PQE and strong experience in Property Litigation. The successful candidate will possess excellent technical knowledge, be confident managing their own caseload and demonstrate a pragmatic and commercially focused approach to client service.
