THE ROLE:
• Applications are sought from Property Litigation Solicitors with 5+ years of experience, you should be confident in managing your own caseload and working with others on the team.
• You will manage a varied caseload from initial instruction through to resolution, while providing high-quality legal advice and practical, commercially focused solutions tailored to clients' needs.
• You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the firm to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
• You will have experience in advising across all aspects of property litigation, with the opportunity to develop further as a specialist in this area.
• Motivated, proactive, and commercially aware, with a passion for delivering excellent client services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, alongside a flair for business development and networking.
