This is an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in leasehold disputes, boundary disputes, dilapidations, adverse possession, and related property litigation, all within a collaborative and supportive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied property litigation caseload, including County Court, High Court, and First Tier Property Tribunal proceedingsDraft and respond to legal documents, provide clear advice, and liaise with clients, opponents, courts, and other partiesSupport colleagues on joint cases and departmental initiativesMentor and supervise paralegals, providing guidance to support their professional growthContribute to continuous improvement and business development effortsCandidate ProfileEssential:Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with Litigation Practice Rights (or equivalent) and 2-3 years PQEExperience in property litigation, including s25/s26 notices, section 20 procedures, leasehold disputes, and boundary issuesStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage a busy caseloadTeam player able to meet deadlines and achieve fee targetsDesirable:Experience in advocacyBenefitsGenerous annual leave with flexible leave optionsFamily-friendly policies, including support for maternity, paternity, and ..... full job details .....
