Telecoms disputes, particularly around the Electronic Communications CodeLandlord and tenant work (commercial and residential) - lease renewals, rent reviews, service charge disputes, dilapidationsPossession actions, trespass and squatter claimsBuilding and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, purchaser claimsYou''ll be joining one of the largest specialist Property Litigation groups in the UK. The client base includes well-known household names, social housing providers, property owners and managers giving you a great mix of complex, high-profile and varied work.Requirements

Qualified Solicitor with at least 18 months'' property litigation experienceDesire to play an active role in business developmentA specific interest or experience in telecoms/ECC disputes would be an advantageBenefits / Opportunity
