Property Litigation Solicitor - 3-6yrs PQE

Overview

I am recruting for a new 3-6yrs PQE Property Litigation Solicitor role in London.This role will involve both commercial and residential property litigation matters, dealing with cases such as landlord and tenant disputes, enfranchisement Law, planning, management of land and buildings generally, rights, easements and rights to light, governance of and disputes with resident owned companies etc.If you have strong technical competence with Real Estate Disputes and are seeking a new London opportunity, this could be the role for you.This is a great position in a busy team. Work on both commercial and residential property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes.Engage with enfranchisement law, planning, and management of land and buildings generally.Advise on rights, easements and rights to light, and governance issues with resident owned companies.Support and collaborate with a busy property disputes team to deliver high-quality client service.Qualifications
