We are seeking a talented

Property Litigation Solicitor 1+ PQE

to become a key member of our client busy and growing wider Dispute Resolution team. You will be working alongside highly experienced specialists, advising a diverse client base including large corporates, SMEs, developers, landlords, tenants, and public sector organisations.Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property disputesAdvising clients on risk management and dispute avoidance.Handling proceedings in the County Court, High Court, and Property Tribunal.Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters.Playing an active role in business development and maintaining strong client relationships.What We’re Looking For

Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales 1+ PQEStrong technical knowledge of property litigation law and procedure.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A proactive, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage work independently.
