Property Litigation Paralegal

We-are-working-with-a-highly-regarded-law-firm-who-are-seeking-a-paralegal-to-join-their-property-litigation-team.-The-successful-candidate-will-be-based-in-the-Birmingham-office-and-will-be-responsible-for-providing-support-to-the-solicitors-whilst-building-an-individual-caseload.-You-will-be-required-to-attend-the-office-three-days-a-week-and-work-remotely-for-the-other-two.

This-exciting-role-will-give-you-the-opportunity-work-on-a-broad-range-of-maters-including-breach-of-tenancy,-antisocial-behaviour-and-unauthorised-occupiers,-injunction-proceedings-as-well-as-disrepair-claims-and-claims-against-leaseholders-including-forfeiture.-

Daily-duties-will-include-drafting-and-preparing-claim-forms,-pleadings-and-witness-statements,-preparing-trial-bundles,-attending-court-to-assist-barristers-as-well-conducting-advocacy-in-the-county-court-on-routine-matters.

Applicants-will-have-successfully-completed-a-law-degree-or-equivalent-and-will-have-gained-previous-litigation/disputes-experience,-preferably-within-the-property-sector.-Solid-drafting-skills-are-required-coupled-with-the-ability-to-prepare-pleadings-and-witness-statements.-First-class-organisations-skills-are-paramount.
