This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters while benefiting from genuine career development, flexible working and a supportive team environment.Whether your experience comes from property litigation or a broader litigation background, this role offers the chance to specialise in an interesting and evolving area of law.What you will be doingYou''ll manage your own caseload while supporting senior lawyers on more complex matters, advising a varied client base including commercial organisations, housing providers and public sector clients.Work will include:Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters from instruction through to resolution.Advising clients on landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, nuisance claims, boundary disputes and property-related litigation.Preparing court documents, witness statements and legal correspondence.Representing clients at hearings and negotiating settlements where appropriate.Working closely with clients to provide practical, commercially focused advice.Supporting junior team members where required and ..... full job details .....
