Ideally once a fortnight (flexible, including fully remote)Duties/Responsibilities

Handling a caseload of property litigation mattersManaging debt recovery proceedings on behalf of the councilAdvising on and progressing a range of general civil litigation casesAssisting in reducing a significant backlog of filesSupporting the in-house legal team with ad-hoc litigation mattersPreferred Experience

Solid background in property litigation, ideally within the public sectorExperience with debt recovery litigation processesCompetence in managing general civil claims in the County CourtAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionComfortable working remotely and managing a flexible caseloadIf you are interested in this
