Property Legal Assistant About the Role We are looking for an experienced Property Legal Assistant to join a busy and supportive team. This is a full-time, office-based position, suited to someone with previous experience in residential conveyancing who is confident supporting matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will provide administrative and legal support across a range of residential property transactions, including: • Assisting with new client instructions and onboarding• Preparing and managing client documentation• Supporting the conveyancing process from instruction through to completion• Preparing and issuing contract documentation• Ordering and reviewing property searches• Liaising with clients, solicitors and other parties by telephone and email• Assisting with exchange and completion processes• Preparing completion statements• Assisting with the receipt and transfer of funds• Supporting post-completion matters, including registrations and SDLT submissions• Providing a high standard of client service at all times About You We are looking for someone who: • Has previous experience in residential conveyancing• Understands the conveyancing process from start to finish• Has excellent organisational and administrative skills• Is confident communicating with clients and professional contacts• Has strong attention to detail• Can work effectively in a fast-paced environment• Is able to manage ..... full job details .....
