The Property Investment Advisor Role: This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced salesperson, estate agent or property professional who wants to progress into property investment sales. Key Property Investment Advisor Responsibilities Handle warm inbound enquiries from prospective property investors Build strong relationships with clients and understand their investment objectives Present property investment opportunities via phone and Zoom Explain investment propositions, projected returns and key property information Follow up with prospects and progress opportunities through to completion Handle objections and confidently negotiate with prospective investors Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the buying process What We''re Looking For We are looking for someone who is ambitious, confident and driven to earn.
