As a Property Inventory Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standards.As a Property Inventory Clerk, you will:• Visit managed properties to complete detailed and accurate inventory reports before tenants move in • Carry out mid-term inspections, ensuring properties are well cared for throughout tenancies • Conduct thorough check-out inspections and provide clear, comprehensive reports • Manage general office administration related to property records • Organise your own diary, scheduling all appointments efficiently and independentlyWhat We''re Looking For:• Minimum 2 years'' experience within Lettings, Property Management, or as a Property Inventory Clerk • Someone who is confident on the road - must drive and have their own car • A proactive, organised, and personable approach • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsSalary and ..... full job details .....
