Property Insurance Manager Location - Birmingham or London Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Benefits Sector - Property / Insurance Contract - Permanent, Full-Time ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This role is being created to provide additional operational capacity and expertise within our client''s insurance function, working alongside their existing Insurance Manager. The successful candidate will bring strong, hands-on insurance operations experience, with particular emphasis on property insurance, and will help the team navigate the complexities of managing insurance programmes across multiple European markets. This is a genuine opportunity to join an established, international organisation at a pivotal time, adding real operational depth to a growing insurance function rather than simply managing from a distance. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Support the day-to-day operational management of the company''s insurance activities. Work closely with the existing Insurance Manager to strengthen capacity and operational capability. Manage and coordinate insurance requirements across different European jurisdictions and markets. Help navigate differing market practices, regulatory environments and cultural considerations across Europe. Apply strong property insurance knowledge to the company''s insurance and risk requirements. Work with internal and external stakeholders, including insurers, brokers and other relevant parties.
